For NHS prescription service records there are established retention periods (eg. the NHSBSA holds prescription data up to 18 months in identifiable form and anonymises or destroys later). NHSBSA

What we do

​We provide other services such as anti-malarials, altitude sickness tablets and travel diarrhoea treatment.

 

We notify your GP surgery of the vaccinations we have administered and also can issue replacement Yellow Fever certificates or even exemption certificates if you are unable to receive a Yellow Fever vaccination for medical reasons.
